Characteristics Of Successful

Successful has many characteristics that must be found in any person. These characteristics are not difficult to be in person. It is already in your personality, but you have to increase it. These two characteristics are, don't give up and don't be afraid of the first step. First, as we say always, try and try again, don't give up. You don't know when you can succeed. For example, Thomas Edison tried and tried. He didn't gave up, so he succeeded. Second, every thing has started with an idea, and the first step is to do your plane, if you didn't make your first step, then you are a loser. You have to take your first step, and try to make it work. For example, in my study, I was not sure what to do. I was afraid, but I did my first step and it is working. In short, you have to give a shot at the first, then don't give up.

The Difficulties At The Interview

The most difficult part of  finding a job is the interview. Most people can not talk confidently or clearly in the interview. There are some reasons I want to share with you about these difficulties. First, we are afraid of mistakes. The thinking of maybe we are not qualified or maybe they will reject us is the problem. For example, my friend was with me at interview and he was very nervous about their maybe rejecting him and I was trying to make him come but I couldn't. Unfortunately, he didn't pass the interview. Second, we didn't understand the real point of the interview, which is; can you deal with stress, fear and others. The fear of mistakes and nervousness is the worst thing you will do in the interview. At the interview talk to yourself, I can make it, I can handle the nervousness and the fear of mistakes. You will get your job. In short, before you go to any interview in the world, be sure that you can handle any type of nervousness and fear. We all get mistakes, but convince yourself that you can do it.
